Hungarian conquering online poker
Many online poker rooms are trying to get into the eastern European market for the last 3 years or so, but only recently there has been a significant rising in the Hungarian market.
Other than the fact that there are many poker players conquering the different poker tournaments including the WSOP with many bracelet winners, the EPT and others.
Maybe the success of so many Hungarian in the well known international poker tournaments is the reason, or maybe it’s the economy which has caused so many unemployed people looking for alternative ways of making money.

Satellites poker tournaments are offered by almost every big online poker room and entrance fee varies from one poker room to another. There are some online poker rooms that will even let a player enter by using a bonus.
Although poker is definitely the game of skills and strategy, satellite tournaments are a little bit different. Since these poker tournaments are usually free, so many players entering that the luck factor can not be excluded. My Money is on Phil Ivey
There is still some time to pass between now and November 11th and since betting is something that we enjoy very much I am going to start a bet on this year's WSOP winner. The betting is not on real money but on honor. You are all welcome to place you personal opinions and the winner will get his comment converted into a post and an option to add a picture, (if she or he would want to).
I am going to start with my personal bet – Phil Ivey. So here goes:
Five reasons why Phil Ivey has a good chance of taking this year's WSOP no limit hold'em:
I am going to start with my personal bet – Phil Ivey. So here goes:
Five reasons why Phil Ivey has a good chance of taking this year's WSOP no limit hold'em:
- First of all, he is the youngest poker player to have won 7 WSOP bracelets.
- He's already won 2 bracelets this year.
- He never won a no limit Hold'em bracelets and the rumors are he is eager to make this year the first one to get it.
- He demonstrated a hell of gaming technique and coolness in the events so far.
- He has a lot of experience in high pressured events such as the final table in this WSOP.

Phil Ivey is still standing and the end of the WSOP is closing in
The world series of poker 2009 is getting close to the final run and it has been very entertaining so far. Not surprising but still worth mentioning is the finalists in this year's tournament: We have the great Phil Ivey, Antonio Esfandiari, Dennis Philips and many other good and well known poker players. This year, like every year, I was keeping my eyes out for new talents and actually found a refreshing discovery – People please meet Leo Margets. She is the last woman still standing at this point and from the way she has been playing so far I can see how she is not going to make it easy on the other sharks competing against.
